Biographie
Jose Manuel holds a long track leading and managing EU cooperation projects assisting partners in their digital transformation. He previously worked for private multinationals such as France Telecom and Siemens in the deployment of wireless broadband networks and for the public sector in the implementation of Digital Agenda projects for the Regional Government of Cantabria in Spain. Project Management Professional (PMP®), he has a MSc Telecommunications Engineering from University of Valladolid and BSc Telecommunication Engineering from University of Cantabria.
